Alex Wrigley, the Party Professional! began his DJ career 10 years ago and
continues to love every minute of it. During the late 90's the Bay Area was
booming with the extravagance of the dot-com era. he was working every weekend
doing all kinds of special events including weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs,
corporate events, fundraisers and birthday parties.
His broad experience over the last decade has taught him how to read a crowd
and keep them motivated on the dance floor. He graduated in 2005 from San Jose
State having majored in communications. He furthered his training by taking many
public speaking and performance courses, he even participated in debate
tournaments to hone his public speaking skills. Needless to say he is an energetic
and proficient public speaker.
Alex's love for what he does and constantly try to improve his skills by attending
industry seminars, conferences and through networking with other professionals
to stay fresh and on the cutting edge. He enjoys the partnership he has with
Jordan River. "He is a like-minded pro who constantly encourages me and those
around him to continue learning and to deliver the best in everything we do".
Aside from being a DJ, he works in the education system as a teacher at a local
junior high school. Working with kids keeps him invigorated and helps him keep up
with the latest trends in music. "I love to dance, speak publicly, and plan
events. My love of music and event coordination comes naturally. I truly
appreciate seeing other people enjoy themselves, knowing in my heart I helped to
create unforgettable moments for others".
